International Shipment Surcharges & Fees

TNT has a number of fees and surcharges relating to your TNT account, Domestic, International and Sameday Time Critical shipments. All fees and surcharges are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST exclusive. TNT reserves the right to introduce new and/or vary its fees and surcharges from time to time. Please contact your local TNT office for more information on our fees and surcharges

Non-conveyable (SNC) –
Express services only (Under 30kg)		 $49.00
Applied to a consignment where any one item in the consignment that exceeds any of the following dimensions: 1.2m (l) x 0.7m (w) x 0.6m (h)
Residential Address Service Fee (RES) $5.00
Pick up/delivery to a private residence.

From 7 January 2018, the following new International additional charge will apply:

Service Fee
Resolved Wrong Address (RWA) $20.00
Applied to a consignment which cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete destination address, requiring resolution by TNT to deliver to the correct address.

Effective on January 7, 2018 are the following new and revised surcharges

Non Electronic Consignment Fee (NEC) $10.50 per consignment
Outer Area (OOA) $0.65 per kilo (of part thereof) with a minimum charge of $25.00

Exceeds Dimensions (SED) $49.00
Applied to a consignment consisting one or more items where dimensions exceeds:1.2 (l) x 1.2m (w) x 1.5m (h) for Express services

2.4m (l) x 1.2m (w) x 1.8m (h) for Economy Express services

International Customs Clearance Fees

Service Fee
Advance of Funds (AOF) $35.00 or 2% (whichever is greater)

An Advance of Funds fee applies where TNT Express disburses government charges, duties, quarantine and inspection fees and taxes on a customers behalf in order to expedite customs clearance.
